I called in for a cab the other day when i was with my friends.The person on the phone was so curtious and helpful and he told me that my cab would be there in 5 to 10 min and there it was.The driver treate me with so much respect and he helped me with my stuff too.Must say i was really impressed

i was treated like [email protected]!p after waiting for 30 minutes for a cab that was supposed 2 arrive in 15 . The cab driver was unempathetic , rude & even challenging. As he sped off he uttered a racial remark to me . Something about my mother & Africa ??? I say riders beware of Crown Taxi , their customer service is very poor. On the dispatching end & with the driver's aswell... (Unknown)
