Rude staff

My family and I have for several years purchased our eye glasses at Crown Optical in Marlborough Mall. There is a tall woman working there. Every time either one of us go in and she is the person we have to deal with, we have tolerated her insolent and condescending behaviour. Today was the last straw! I nor my family will ever walk into another Crown Optical again! Arguing with clientele and treating them like toddlers in a derogatory manor is not the way to do business.
