Worse service ever!!
The 1st review couldn't be further from the truth by Carieanne. I get all my pants altered and was new to the area so I thought I would give the place a try. I went in to get my True Religions altered being as specific as I could about what seams to keep and to make sure the original hems were retained. They assured me that they can keep the original hem of the jeans. When I picked up the jeans, the signature stitch of True Religions was removed and the jeans were immediately "cheapened" by the new "original" hem they put in. When I pointed it out to the older lady, she was very condescending and refused to take responsibility for the poor job.
I had to go to the nearby competitor for them to fix up the mess these guys made on my expensive jeans. The work was poorly done and was very expensive. Beware do not use this business, you will not be happy. I found out all the negative feedback after I used this service, I wish I would have known before..
Unprofessional & Overpriced!
These people who own this business do not care about their customers and the fact that they don't care about the 'customers are always right' rule.
All they are about is taking your money and don't take the time and effort to put into what this business is supposed to do - Alter clothing.
Their prices are VERY over priced and would not recommend this company to anyone! They did a horrible job on my dress and when I had mentioned to them what they did, they wanted to charge me extra for the mistakes that they had made in the first place!
This company is a scam and I hope all of Calgary reads this and does not take anything to these guys. They ripped me off and they will do the same to you!
Great place great skill great people
I highly recommend this place.
They are absolutely great at what they do.
Prices are fair and service is good and fast.
They saved my bridesmaid's dresses at the very last moment and stayed after hours to complete the job for me.

Very high priced & unprofessional
August 04, 2010This place is over priced for just basic alterations like getting my jeans hemmed with just a regular hem cost me $30. It took over a week for them to complete the service.
