If you are going to charge 4 star prices you should make the hotel as nice as the initial lobby when you walk in. The pool is shabby and needs significant work

Staff were pleasant and rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel had a lot of hockey tournament guests and they did good job in dealing with the extra volume and excitement that comes with hockey parents.
