Over and above
I was very impressed by the quality of service we received by this location. We needed a panel replaced on our vehicle from an ICBC claim and they took our vehicle in promptly. It only took a couple of days and we were provided with a great courtesy car. The repairs were done so well, that the car looked better than before the accident and they even made sure to replace a burnt out turn signal with their compliments. The manager helped me switch the carseat back over and made sure that everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Update: One of this location's employees named Stanley C. just message me on Yelp and said "clearly craftsman collision is a collision body shop, not a mechanic shop". The reason why we bring our cars to you is so that you can fix it. If you can't then you shouldn't have accepted it then. Our van door was completely functional even with the massive dent on it. Some idiot tried to steal my spoiler off the back of my car overnight a few weeks ago - I'm guessing they thought it was an aftermarket piece and tried to pry it off with their bare hands. I know this because there weren't any scratch marks or dents as there would be if they used some kind of tool. They managed to break off about 1/3 of my spoiler and made my car look like [email protected]!p.
