Worst Customer Service

My husband and I received the worst customer service from this store. Our furniture delivery was delayed, and we received no information, update or apology. Al, the manger, said he cannot apologize for something beyond his control. He went on to say and that we are not the only customers waiting for furniture. When I asked him if this is simply the way he does business, he raised his voice at me, called me rude, and threatened to delay the delivery even more. Don't even think about stepping inside this store!
