I went last night to The Cottage Bistro Jam Session and I was very pleased with the both the food, drink, service , the jazz musicians and sense of comraderie and community that was evident throughout the evening. Its a great place for musicians, singers and listeners of music to socialize.
Great little neighbour hood spot especially if you like live music. Monday night is jam night-and it's jazz. Saturday afternoon is blues.Some amazingly accomplished musicians show up. The Cottage Bistro is a hidden gem on Main Street, across from Nesters/Liquor Store in what was the antique row until rents got high. Eugene, the owner, is an amazing host and supporter of live music.
