Extremely disappointing

VERY POOR quality and service.

I went to have a 1 page document laid out professionally and printed. The process took forever (2 weeks), despite this being a black and white document, 10 lines of text and one image that was added by copy-paste. The quality of the image after all that, was terrible- pixelated and fuzzy and WORSE than the original. Apparently they do not have hight quality scanning capability. Despite being a print shop.

Then I was charged for 3 hours of work plus tax. Firstly, unless the person who did the lay out had never used a computer before in their life, or had some other problem, it is simply not possible that it took that long to write up 10 lines and copy paste a picture. Secondly, they had told me originally that the cost was $5 per page for the lay out and I was charged $50.

When I complained they dismissed everything I said and threw up their hands saying there was nothing they could do for me.
Well, they got that last part right anyway.
