Like other reviewers mentioned, this place does feel pretty abandoned despite the attractive space. Might even be more so now that their flagship store Les Ailes a la Mode is closing. Thankfully, it's right next to Centre Eaton, so you're never too far away from more shops. But this whole Underground City is really just a stretched out version of your typical shopping mall. Without the free wifi, this place would've been a ghost town. There were far more people benched and plugged in than actual shoppers. There's a Sephora and a Forever 21; however they're located street level and in no way attracts traffic inside the building. The interior architecture was actually quite beautiful. such a beautiful building with its high ceiling and so much potential being in the downtown center yet wasted away with the crapshoot that is les ailes de la mode (the store tucked away inside)

the building houses some really good boutiques and the spacious entrance is made for some really awesome holidays display but the building is simply deserted most of the time. its a big shame really!
