Pamela is an amazing therapist, I had a massage before running a 10k race. Best i have ever felt running.

This is a true massage - not a spa massage! If you have tightness, soreness, kinks - Pamela will find them! And beyond the massage, she will give you sheets on how to deal with particular injuries or soreness after the massage. She has been my massage therapist for 10 years now and I would go to no one else!
