In the fall we had hired Commercial and Residential Construction to Construct the Concrete footings and Basement for our Addition. Johnathan Bernes the owner met with us on site to go over our plans and gave us a reasonable quote. Even after realizing that there was more steal required in the supporting walls he did not increase his price. He stayed with his original quote.
