I have stayed at this hotel for the past two years. Manager Gary Singh and the entire staff have always been courteous and very helpful whenever i need anything from booking a room to ordering new towels. The hot tub suites are the way to go. Absolutely the worst place to stay in Edmonton. Arrived in town around 1am. Hotel staff were very rude, as well there was a prostitute wearing next to nothing on a wheelchair riding around INSIDE the hotel!
