This hotel is undergoing renovations and most of the contractors working on the renovations are staying in the hotel. It is a very large hotel which could mean a lengthy walk from the front office to where your room is located. It wasn't bad, it wasn't anything special either. Room service is impeccable, the people behind the counter are nice too. The people taking care of breakfast are quick to remove the food from the room even if there are people still eating there, which is rude. When I booked this room it received 3-4 stars from prior guests. I was unpleasantly surprised to find the room was nothing like I expected. When we arrived I found a sign on the door saying the hotel was being renovated and water would be shut off periodically each day. At check in I was told that the crib I requested was not available.
