Best oysters I've ever had

We heard about Colville Bay oysters in Ottawa (Whalesbone), so when we spent a week renting a house near Souris we had to try them. For several days, the local seafood wholesaler couldn't get them in, but we finally managed two doz. Wow! So amazingly fresh, eaten raw with homemade mignonette.
Out of curiosity, we sought out the actual fishery....
