The free wifi, and the atmosphere is great. However, the staff and tight time limits on sitting( 90 Minutes ) have made me to instead study 2 doors down at Settlement Co. A nice place to sit for a coffee. Not going to get the specialized coffee options that the hipster shop down the street offers but I don't drink that so I don't care.You also don't pay the stupid prices as the hipster shop - although oddly it's more expensive for than Starbucks for the amount of coffee you get.
