Comfortable Dealings
The staff here went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable during the sales process. Took their time to explain everything to me, and ensured I was taken care of each time I came in. I had a few issues with financing but they made sure we sorted it out and gave me some options.
Great sales team
Overall, Thank you! The sales experience was one of the best I have ever had. All my questions were answered, never felt so comfortable buying a new car. Hands down the best sales team! Highly recommended for their knowledge and trust. thank you again from this proud owner of a 2013 explorer!
Not Like The Rest
I went to a different Ford dealership in the past and left with an incredibly sour taste in my mouth. These guys were a lot different. Everyone was courteous, professional in a friendly manner, and my purchase could not have been any more smooth. I didn't feel pressured to buy added warranties or equipment. They listened to what I wanted and made suggestions based on my budget and criteria which I appreciated.

Mr and mrs
August 25, 2008Sales people were nice, but used alot of pressure tactics. Ended up leaving without a car. They are not a member of BBB, and have a unsatisfactory rating with them.
