My partner and I just moved into an apartment on Bayswater in April and everything so far has been awesome. Our property manager Corey has been very prompt in answering all of our questions about storage, internet, etc. They even had a thank you BBQ on the rooftop terrace for the tenants. I have been a tenant in a CLV Group building for over 8 years. I would not recommend anyone become a tenant with them mainly due to the severely bad attitudes of many of their employees. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Never rent a house or an apartment from clv group. They don’t care or respect their tenants. There are countless notices of entry for useless maintenance work. NO respect for tenant privacy. On top of that, they sometimes give notice of entry during a whole day and don’t show up.
