Stole My Money and Dress
The Owner of Classy Collection ( Yvonne Vu ) has defrauded a number of brides recently as she has taken off and packed up her store in the middle of the night without a trace and has left us all with no dress, no money and no explanation! Please help us spread the word so we can unite all those brides who have been affected and bring justice! This was the single worst experience of my entire wedding. I loved my dress, but if I had the choice I would have just got my $ back and searched elsewhere. The manager (you're NOT allowed to contact the owner, by the way) is completely rude and has no idea what customer service is. It was an awful experience and I hope that by writing this I can steer some future brides away from this shop.... more

No concept of customer service
July 31, 2010I purchased my wedding dress at Classy and it ended up being the most stressful & unprofessional experience of ALL my planning. The manager has zero concept of customer service - after they have your money, good luck communicating with them on a normal level.
