Jun to the rescue!
Woke up on a Sunday morning with sore left shoulder and arm. Next day, couldn't move it. Went to walk-in clinic doc who prescribed meds and physio for Shoulder Tendinitis. Went to Jun that same day. After treatment arm was feeling better and more movement. One more treatment following day and arm is good as new. He's where I'm going from now on.
Excellent Treatment
I have had ongoing problems with my back so I went to see Jun about this. After the first assessment and treatment I noticed a difference and plan to continue back for treatments. Jun is a 'real' person that makes a very comfortable setting for treatments.
Great treatment
I recently sustained a sprain on my left thumb while snowboarding that was incredibly painful. Since it was in the middle of the day, I continued snowboarding but I favoured my right arm to push myself up whenever I fell (which admittedly was often...)
When I met Jun from Classical Osteopathy and Acupuncture I mentioned that I had a lot of pain not only in my left thumb but also in my right shoulder from favouring that arm to push myself up. After my first treatment with Jun I immediately felt better--I was unfamiliar with osteopathy but now I am recommending his services to everyone I meet that mentions any aches or pains (and sometimes even if they don't!).
Jun has given me several tips to be more comfortable in my day to day life and since I had a really bad lower back injury 11 years ago he is helping me with that pain as well.
I highly recommend a visit to Classical Osteopathy and Acupuncture in Port Credit if you have any sort of muscle pain, back pain, joint pain, etc--I am very confident in Jun's services!
