This is a review for Classic DryCleaners at University Heights Shopping Centre on Shelbourne.

Prices are comparable to other drycleaners. But when I paid for my stuff, they just gave me a credit card receipt--no itemized bill. I asked for an itemized bill and was told they didn't have those. However, the clerk did go through the handwritten receipt that I guess they keep for their own... more

After going here for years they lost two of my expensive ties and basically said - "we are still looking" and never apologized or compensated me for them. Then, they ripped two of my shirts with the same response - "well, it happens". Bad service and wreck my clothes AND be more expensive then the competition? That's not gonna fly.... more
