I have owned a few VW in the past and never really thought much about the reputation of the dealership as I was buying the brand, not the dealer.
The service department was hit an miss and if not happy with the service I can go to another dealer or go to Mr Lube. I wasn't overly happy with them, found them to be little pressure and it turned me off so I bought...
