Very fast service, Andrew has been a great sales men not only to me but ny whole family. We are always happy when we leave city ford. As a returning customer i am pleased with the service he has provided.

First time there, won't be back!
August 03, 2011I took my vehicle in this morning (with an appointment) for an oil change, tire rotation, and have the radio checked. It is now 9 hours later and I had heard nothing so I called to check. Apparently a part has been ordered, but the fellow doesn't know what it is or when it will arrive. He believes my vehicle is drivable (it's brand new) but if I pick it up he doesn't know when I need to... more
