very poor service

December 2011.

Needed some warranty work done but they would never show up when booked. I ended up getting someone else to do the work and paying for it out of pocket after 5 weeks of frustration.
Not once did I ever get a call to apologize. All I ever got were excuses. Only after I called the BBB did things move a bit and they offered to cover 30% of the bill.
