I love this place!
I live in downtown Vancouver so I went to see Diedra for my hair extensions because it's close to me and I've heard about her. I have had them done before and by far these are the best yet. The colour matches perfectly and they feel and look really natural. I love them! I got so many compliments. Plus everyone in the salon was so nice.. I felt like they really wanted to make me happy. Really good experience and I got a good latte! Go!

I really wanted to love this place because it is the only eco-conscious salon really close to my home. I have chest-length medium-fine hair that is wavy in texture. I've gone in twice for a routine trim/layer cuts (both times with senior stylists), and both times the results were 'just okay', nothing noteworthy considering the $65 price tag.

My experience was all over the place. The staff were friendly, the salon is stylish. They served a lovely latte and biscotti, which I quite enjoyed. My stylist, Dmitra, was very pleasant and gives the best head massage and wash.
Others have said they got a good cut from her, and I understand that everyone makes a mistake now and then. My cut was one of those. It was ironic that she mentioned...
