Do not use their service!

They messed up numerous messages and I always missed calls I just switched to Select and they are so much better.
Cititel was so bad I went to their "office" to meet with their "manager". This perverted lady sexually harassed me in hopes of keeping my business and the office and employees were miserable and scared looking when she walked me through the very tiny dirty call centre. She pawns me off to the sales manager, who tried to sweet talk me into keeping my business. let me say I do not recommend this company to anyone PDL and Seclect are better
