Does NOT deliver when promised
I took a dress to Cindy's for alterations, but it was not completed by the date promised. The alterations were to be done on a Friday so I could wear the dress on Saturday, the following day to an out-of-town wedding, but the alterations weren't even started until late Saturday morning (a full day after they were to be complete). Consequently, I had to find another outfit in my closet to wear to the wedding, and as a result of the business owner being unable to meet her promised commitments this will be my first and last alteration at Cindy's Alterations.

Wonderful service
February 01, 2011I have taken in everything from slacks, to jeans, to shirts to dresses for alternations. The work is always done on time and perfectly.

August 03, 2010I highly recommend never going to Cindy's alterations. Horrible experiance, and brutal customer service. They were rude, and late for our appointment, and because of that our appointment got cut short. And after picking up the dress after everything was said and done the dress still didn't fit right and I had to go get it altered somewhere else last minute
