Great Spiritual Place in the Heart of Downtown Vancouver

Be sure to come in and take a service on Sunday if you're living nearby. The church is splendid. And the pastors and staffs are very nice.

We came across the Cathedral while walking down Burrard Street from our hotel down to the harbour. A beautiful old (by Vancouver standards) building in the middle of all the skyscrapers! This is a beautiful Anglican church and it is worth visiting. Other than the gentleman who was at a reception desk when we entered and who provided information about the church, and two other visitors, we were the only people in the cathedral. The church has a beautiful wood ceiling and a number of stained glass windows. Photographs are permitted.... more
