Amazing Duck

I've been to chivana several times in the last couple of months and one thing is for sure.. the duck is amazing. The last time i was here it was a confit leg served on some sort of cabbage fondue and potato and corn rosti.. very nice. Now they're serving a Wentzel breast on potato confit (haha) with braised anise (they call fennel) and proscuitto wrapped asparagus.. i haven't ever had better... more
