Sad to report that I agree with others about the owner's bad attitude
04 août 2014We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived in this (empty) restaurant. I found myself wondering what we had done to deserve such abrupt and dismissive treatment from the owner. Just one illustration: when we cheerfully asked what items on the menu he would recommend, he curtly replied "All of them." Without any smile or irony. Food was placed on... plus

Worst service /customer experience
07 mai 2014The owner shouldn't take care of customer service! Arrogant, condescending, he is annoyed to see you come in his resto (!!!) and clearly hate his job! never going back again! Don't waist your money there. Sad as cute resto and good food.

Worst customer service ever
22 février 2014I have never witnessed such bad customer service in all of my years going out in the many options available to eat out in Montreal. This man needs to get out of the public service industry and find himself a job in an office where he wont have to deal with other human beings. Such a dispicable attitude !! Inexcusable.... plus
