I wanted a sectional, returned to support a Canadian store I've previously dealt with.BIG mistake after I paid a premium,$4000 for a custom item I feel hasn't delivered.The current customer service has REALLY changed,including their contracted leather expert Hanz? As I am seriously hunting for the perfect couch over the last few weeks, my mom recommended The Chesterfield Shop.
Being the interior decor diva that she is, I trusted her taste and went with her to visit this amazing store.
When I first walked in, I immediately said "WOW!"
The store is HUGE and is FILLED with too many couches, loveseats and comfy chairs to pick from. You could honestly get...
