Watchout for the TRANNY
completely burned my wife's hair while dying blonde. rosamond or whatever it is called spent most of the time staring at itself in the mirror. give me a break and you are not that good looking and get back to work you are being paid to work not stare at yourself in the mirror.

catrina i am so sorry you had this bad experience, but i just wanted to let you know that the stylist that did your hair is no longer working here and neither is the manager!
Unbelievably bad!
Had three years of hair cut off after asking for a "trim"- the hairdresser totally didn't listen to me- actually argued with me after I stopped her, and told me she knew what she was doing and I wouldn't regret it. Six inches of "trim" later... Even after talking to manager, absolutely no flexibility or conciliation, not even apology.
Learning experience: never pay (and tip!) before having your hair cut, and definitely don't get your hair cut at "budget" salon franchises!
