I walked in to buy a drum set. I knew what I wanted and I was ready to buy a 1000$ kit if they had it in stock. The guy in the drum section criticized me for my motivations to start drumming and then flat out told me I would never be a real drummer.

I went to Steve's and they were so nice there.

Poor follow-up on Internet orders. My status was initially "received" and then went to "approved". However it was never clear if they shipped my item. I eventually received my order three days after it was approved. Their customer service also provides poor follow-up, I had an inquiry and when I asked more questions to the same contact I never received another reply.
