Centerpoint these days definitely falls into the category of a second tier "neighborhood" mall, in other words useful if you're nearby but not usually something to make a trip for.

I don't visit this mall all that often. It is on my way home from work.

A few years ago, I had to take my car in to an auto body shop. I decided to take the bus and spend some time at Centerpoint Mall while waiting for it. It was roughly a ten-minute ride to get to this shopping mall.
