I bought an expensive plant last year from Cedarcrest Gardens - one that we transplanted in the ground last fall. I wasn't given any specific instructions on it's care other than that it would grow and bloom this year as well after transplanting it.
The plant is not doing well this year - it's very small with no blooms at all and when I phoned the manager to ask if I could replace it with another one, he said 'absolutely not!'
He was very rude and was not willing at all to keep a customer happy and replace the plant, instead making all kinds of excuses for my not being informed on the plant's care in the first place.
I would 'absolutely not!' shop there again because of the terrible service I received - if you want the best service if something goes wrong with your plants, your best bet is still with Brunswick Nurseries in Quispamsis. At least there they are willing to keep a paying customer happy.
Cedarcrest Gardens offers these services: garden centres, garden centre.
