Excellent Staff
The staff was very helpful and was able to show us the style we were looking for among their large collection. They made this part of our home building experience, smooth and stress free. Flexible with appointments and an easy going staff! Two thumbs up.
Lighting For My New Home

Deplorable customer service
November 26, 2010Went through 4 salespeople before one decide they weren't too busy to help. Clear disconnect between service and sales as they like to use one or the other for buffer to any issues that arise. NEVER AGAIN!
