Bad customer service good body work

my suv was sent there by my insurance company after front colision where the engine sustaines excessive RPMS and made odd noises and stalled on impact.
This body shop did good body work however after subing out mechanical gave me the suv without testdriving, it later died requiring a tow truck from my house back to a garage they picked. This shop replaced some part and it still has running issues and ticked real bad when i first went to get it. The headaches and stress with this shop telling my insurance company things are not accident related and i need maintainance was unbareable. (I spent over $2000.00 on the suvs engine and maintainance less than 23000 ago) zero maintainance is needed.
Then on monday the 6th of may It was 27 degrees here and the first day I was driving my suv since getting it back. I turned on the AC and found all hot air. (the AC radiator thing a large black part in front was replaced by carstar and they said recharged system) so i went to ask what shop they used they could not give answer but later said they did in there shop. I went in on Tuesday the 7th as requested for them to as they said check fuses. The guy Treavor looked under hood and basicly accused me of ripping apart some wires. Keep inmind the AC was repaired before the second body shop attempted to repair engine. He said "well someone ripped them out" and that i would need to go pay Kia or someone to repair it. I said i never seen that it worked after you fixed it he then said it was "I KNOW" I then asked if he should have shown me it was working at time of pickup. He said no it was working and he knows it was. I asked about there warrenty he made statement "if you have a nail in your tire do you expect me to buy you a new tire" i dont know what that means. But after I left there i had my dad look and the wires were not plugged together properly and he found the mechanic shop had not refassoned the wiring harnase next to it to the engine. After reattaching he then found a 10 amp fuse blown likely from wires not plugged proper and arcing. A little over a month ago I had four levels of my spine fused and bolted together so even if i wanted to i could have never reached down inside the engine compartment to pull wires apart.
this shop is a body shop and should not look after mechanical, and should not accuse, look for ways out and be rude. they should also not pass unjustified info to insurance companies. because of them I have a suv that looks great but I dont trust it to take long trips which we often did it that unit.
this is my opinion. don't choose these guys.
