Good, but not $50 good

Tables are small, really tight for groups. Mandatory 18% tip on 8 people or more, even when the service level doesn't come close to deserving it. The same cuts of beef come around again and again, but it seems impossible to get tenderloin, pork or chicken. Went to Carnaval for a birthday celebration with 3 other couples... fun, interactive way to dine with a group! So much food!

Felt ignored

Our reservations were for 6:30. We weren't served water until 6:45, drink/side dish order wasn't taken until after 7. One of our guests was a vegetarian, she was not offered a vegetarian meal until half way through. The vegetarian dish was over cooked, and salty, it was sent back.
