frustrated

I went to this Care Point clinic today and it has been about my 5th time, I had recently injured my back at work and I needed to see a doctor so I went there to get a note to take a few days off due to the injury.... So to make a long story short .....you might not get the same doctor each time as it is a clinic..today I needed a referral for my therapy and to get a back x-ray
So after waiting 45 minutes to get into a room then waiting 10 minutes for the doctor....he seemed rushed and ask what I wanted...I started to say as he was reading my file...he says there is nothing in here saying when you were here about WCB or back injury.....I started to say something so he gets up says look at the calendar behind you and when you can figure out what your talking about I will be back....ok so....does he really have to say it in a rude way like I am stupid and wasting his time...is it also my fault the paperwork which they photo copied for my file about my WCB claim wasn't there...so as I look at the calendar and remembered the dates I listened as he went into three other rooms and took calls from what seemed to be Pharmacies getting frustrated because he got dosages wrong and they needed him to confirm the corrections....so after about 20 minutes I just got up and left....was he trying to make his point....well I guess I made mine
