Bad workmanship and customer support

I brought in my car for warranty repair, after the repair there were several items broken or not installed properly. I complained to the General Manager of the dealership, since the Service Manager didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. The General Manager of the dealership told me the issues I am complaining about can not be from their work done on my car, he pretty much told me that I was lying.
