Absolute worst customer service i have ever received going to this canadian tire. I went into canadian tire looking for automotive touch up paint and i had never bought this before so i had no idea what i was looking for and needed help the first employee that i asked for help wouldn't even look at me when i tried to talk to him and just said ile 14. Canadian Tire located at Pacific Place is the absolute worst.

- All the small auto parts are locked up behind a cage not allowing you to read about the product.

- If you walk in with a backpack you have to check it in before entering the store.

- As I waited for my car to be serviced I bought groceries next door and Canadian Tire staff wouldn't allow me to walk through the store with it.

Have found the auto-service department to be outstanding. Have taken 5 different vehicles there over the years ( probably 20yrs now ) and they've always been open, honest and quick. Rick, Lyle and Bill will give you good advice and are always helpful.
