I go here frequently and I typically find no one for help locating what I need. However I would say that there is a certain grey-haired man in the tools department who has always been helpful and gives good advice. There is also a few friendly cashiers and customer service people.
My biggest gripe with the store is the automotive people. They are not friendly, helpful, polite, and often don't acknowledge your presence (aside from looking at you, then going back to what they are doing behind the counter). I don't even bother with them anymore.
I've been in the store a few times and every time I go in I look for someone that can help me, but never find anyone. When I do they are exceptionally helpful, but I swear there is never more than one or two people besides the cashiers around. I know that isn't the case but staff should be more visible.
Retail customer service, no so much. Sorry, I love the store but retail customer service on the floor is bad at this store. The automotive service center I have had good experiences, excluding the parts counter.
