Furnace Installation

We have installed furnace last month.Technician did woundrful job and explain us thermostat function in detail.

I brought an Air purification system from Cambridge Heating & Cooling. They offer me the best price in the town and there service was also excellent .

I bought a heating furnace from Cambridge Heating in Dec 2013. The salesman told me that there is 10 years warranty on parts and labor. I recieved a call after one year that one of the technician will check the furnace but I have to pay (89$ +tax) for the visit. This visit is to keep the warranty valid. It is unbelievable. It means that I have to pay about 100 $ every year extra. It is money... more

Purchased a furnace and AC from this company in February 2014. It is June 2014 and I have not yet been able to use my AC because of a coil problem. The company has promised on four occasions this month to have the coil problem repaired, but it is the beginning of July and still no functioning AC. The service provided by this company is deplorable. They are happy to get your money, but of course... more
