Incredible catering value and delicious food and wine.
Jeremy definitely knows how to cater an event on a tight budget. Our company was looking for a small dinner party with appetizers and drinks for 30 with a budget under $5000. Cafe Taste in Parkdale did an amazing job with delicious, gourmet finger foods and excellent wine pairings. I especially enjoyed the Ontario Ice Wine.
I would definitely recommend Cafe Taste for future catering and event planning. They work within budget to provide a truly gourmet experience.

Found this on their Facebook page and booked my self a reservation on the spot!
"WOW, seriously impressed by David - he's a machine: a one-man-show producing 3 of the 4 courses for 40 ppl for tonights Valentine's menu over the last 2 days straight! Lexi has been tirelessly producing the 4th course - specialty fondant cakes for each couple - since Thursday!"

got a few cheese platters from cafe taste for my cocktail party.. great idea for catering! everything looked great and was so fresh and delicious!!!

Cafe Taste is a wine and cheese hangout in Parkdale. Not as refined as other wine and cheese options in the city, it still draws a loyal and local clientele for late night nibbled, drinks and conversation.

This had really great possibilities, but it wasn't as awesome as it could have been. It was good, for sure, but lacked a certain awesomeness. Called on Monday to make reservations for Tuesday. They never called me back. I called again on Tuesday and made the reservation, but when we arrived on Tuesday I was told that they only prepare food based on reservations, and since I had only booked that... more

This small little place in Parkdale is perfect for an after dinner nibble and dessert or drinks but not so much for a dinner. We came here tonight as most others today, with a Teambuy that was about to expire. The place is small. They had put all of us in the romantic cozy covered patio I'm the back. A very nice atmosphere. great wine menu. nice food menu - get the baked brie. MMM, MMM!!owner/operator can be overbearing - love it or leave it!EDIT - upgrading to 3 stars from 4. decided i am closer to "love it" than leave it. can't blame a man for his passion. i would be IN love with this place if they had better hours. they close at 11pm most nights! no fun!SPOILER ALERT - they have awesome wine tasting events.... more
