It was daring to open a restaurant in the same small town as multistarred inns, but chef-owner Dominic Tremblay has pulled it off. Contained in a small roadside house with a plain, unassuming interior, the true art appears on the plate. Wow ! Service comme j'en ai rarement vue. Personnel plus que courtois et disponible, ils connaissent leurs produits (bouffe et vins) ils savent bien conseiller... Et en plus c'est vraiment succulent ! originalité de plats les rends uniquent. Bravo ! à essayer absolument.
I think this is one of the best restaurants in North Hatley. Very nice, creative dishes made with local ingredients.
dominic tremblay did a beautiful, original job of tradional dishes - i would never have guessed a lobster roll to be prepared like that! Bobby, the pastry chef, who also waited on us, did a beautiful job of a strawberry shortcake and was very attentive, and payient, answering all our questions in both french and english! I'd definitely come back.... plus
This place is a hidden gem. If they had a better location, they would be known as one of the very few best in the eastern townships and even in Quebec. Do not be fooled by the name, it is not a "café", but a gastronomic restaurant. We ate there numerous times and they have always been the best meals... plus

Mais les talents combinés de Dominic et de Maryse, et un goût pour laventure culinaire, ont transformé, en quelques années,... plus
