Recently under new ownership, Café D’Azure is a little bit of France in the downtown core. This
café boasts a distinctively French Riviera feel, with beautiful fresh French pastries, amazing Doi Channg Coffee and freshly made meals. Choose from a wide variety of breakfast pastries, sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts like you will find nowhere else.

What I had: Iced Americano, Tomato Brie and Pesto Sandwich, Cinnamon Bun with house made blueberry compote

Café D’Azur is always a pleasant experience; I often stop here for lunch on my way to and from meetings. Owner Diana is always around and the staff are friendly and courteous. This café reminds me of my time in Paris, with a quiet atmosphere, soft music and casual feel.

The food was good, my American was well made. Doi Channg makes a nice sweet and Smokey Americano, which I find needs no sugar or cream. The sandwich was pleasantly fresh with a nice rich feel to it. The highlight of the meal was by far the Grounds for Coffee Cinnamon bun with the in house made blueberry compote. I’m not normally big on cinnamon buns, but Dianna insisted I try one and it was well worth it.
