Don't bother with Butler!

I tried these guys out because I wanted to support a local business - big mistake. The gentleman agreed to send someone over to look at the appliance but couldn't do it for two days, which was fine. I even agreed to be home between 11am-3pm but explained that I had to be out of there by 4pm to pick up my child.
