I found the three men they sent to be very professional and polite. They were quick and hardworking. I was not happy with the disorganization between the office information of where we were going getting to the men but overall I felt it was a good experience. Burlington Movers came out to our property in Toronto to quote to pack and move the contents of our small detached family home. They totally underestimated the time to pack and load and then illegally held us to hostage in that they would not unload our goods until we had paid. The cost was 50% more than quoted.
