Hit and miss. I've received ok service here but at other times not so good. One time an older guy (I think he was the owner) snapped at me because my print order was not organized. He had a point but the way he sent the message was not comfortable. I tend to go to Henrys and Bell Arte now as a result.

Venerable old institution in Burlington. Incredible selection, fair prices. Ya you may find things a few bucks cheaper at Wally World or Best Buy but you won't find the level of service and knowledge this store has always provided.
