Not impressed. I've used them for over 10 years for my car insurance and when I went to enquire about rental insurance the clerk at the front desk had issues communicating with me in English. I had to ask her to repeat things multiple times and I still didn't understand. She called me back later and I still had the same issues at which point she got mad at ME.
