Went to Arrabal Feb 15 and after the show stopped here for a late meal, it is about 5 minutes from the Panasonic.
I think they stayed open late for us... we got there about 9:30. The service, the food was 10/10. I had the house seafood and my wife had salmon. They poured us into a cab after midnight....

we had a dinner party there once,and the waiter was very apologetic but the food was patetic and the we all went back there again and it was the same way ,and we have never been back and will never go back

Quail was a bit overdone and tough. Frogs legs were perfect. Service was impeccable--we wanted for nothing. A definite "go back to" establishment. Our waiter (Ming) is Ritz quality, and I mean THE Ritz, Place Vendome, Paris.
